What You´ll Be Doing

  • Design and develop software products for our in-house Warehouse Management System
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams with developers, designers, analysts, and product owners
  • Work on a modern Ruby on Rails application and a React Native mobile app
  • Take ownership of DevOps tasks and contribute to deployment pipelines
  • Deepen your understanding of our business domain to build smarter solutions
  • Support quality assurance during development and rollout
  • Continuously improve code quality using best practices and modern techniques
  • Contribute to a growing, innovative IT department with a strong team spirit
     

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field—or equivalent professional experience
  • A great personality that fits in with our team
  • 5+ years of Ruby on Rails development experience
  • Solid understanding of GraphQL
  • Experience with React and/or React Native
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (RSpec, Jest, etc.)
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL or similar SQL databases
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • German language skills are a plus
